TV in Memoriam is a new feature of Pilot Light TV Festival dedicated to screening, celebrating and mourning TV shows that left us too early, with those who brought them into the world on hand to share in our fandom. The first show to feature in this new format is Dennis Kelly’s Utopia. This beautiful, brutal and captivating British drama followed a group of people after they discover a graphic novel tied to a vast conspiracy and find themselves being tracked down by a merciless organization called 'The Network'.

Despite universal critical acclaim, Utopia’s unique brand of conspiracy thriller only stayed on the air for two short seasons. Following it’s cancelled the show was briefly revived by David Fincher (Fight Club) and Gillian Flynn (Gone Girl) for HBO, until then dying again during development. Join us at we pay tribute to one of the best, most ambitious and unique examples of British television of the past decade.

Creator Dennis Kelly (Pulling), Producer Rebekah Wray Rogers (This is England ‘86) and Actor Oliver Woollford (Ghost Stories) will join us for a Q&A following a screening of the first episode of Utopia.
