Pilot Light TV Festival Season 1: That's a wrap!

After around three years of ideas, and one busy year of organisation, the very first season of Pilot Light TV Festival is in the past! Split between HOME & University of Salford in Manchester; Season 1 was jam packed with the best in new & classic Television and Web Series from around the world; with their creators in attendance to discuss their shows and rooms full of TV fans eager to listen to them!

Thank you to all of our partners for supporting what was very much so the pilot for years to come of the festival! Thank you to University of Salford for funding and providing us with a venue in MediaCity, to HOME for inviting us into their amazing building and their amazing staff for supporting us in every way. Thank you to Jurys Inn for giving rooms to our plethora of guests, to UKTV for sponsoring our opening night Hoff The Record S2 Premiere and to Olivia J Photography for capturing the event with her outstanding photography skills.

Finally thank you to everyone that attended and supported the festival, to our amazing guests such as Matt Berry, Charlie Condu, Michael Bradsell and more who came in their own time to support our festival and celebrate TV; the biggest thank you is for everyone who bought tickets, gave us fantastic feedback and helped us have a very successful first year!

We can't wait to share our plans with you for Pilot Light TV Festival: Season 2! Dates will be announced very soon, in addition to special events happening around the year. Going into next year's festival we're planning to have even more premieres of your favourite series and a bigger stage to spotlight the best talents in the world of Indie TV & Web Series. We'll have more industry workshops, panels and networking events, more guests from the world of TV and most importantly a larger, more diverse 4 days of TV and web series for you to binge watch with us!
